Learning and Performance Consultant (EE Preference - None)
Requirement Overview:
To understand and analyse learning and performance needs and to translate these needs into learning outcomes, content and learning curricula to improve individual and business performance. To manage the continuous maintenance and evaluation of learning curricula.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Analysis
Partnering with stakeholders
Collaboration with Learning design team
Quality assurance
Evaluation and continuous improvement
Project implementation and management
EDUCATION - Min Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Human Resources degree)
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years’ experience in business and /or performance analysis
At least 3 years’ experience in learning and curriculum design
JOB KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING
Performance consulting principles
Learning needs analysis principles and process
Blended learning methodology (including distance learning)
Adult learning design principles & methodologies
Learning Curriculum design
Evaluation of learning (Measure of business impact and ROI)
