Job Details

A company offering a broad range of design services and a leader in distributions for technically complex electronic components requires a full day Admin Assistant in the Midrand area to form part of their team.



Minimum Requirements

 

Grade 12

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Microsoft Office literate - Word, Excel, Access

Experience in Pastel

Minimum of 2 years account experience

Own car

Presentable and well-spoken person with a good telephone manner

Experience in Corel draw to produce advertisements and brochures will be an advantage

Experience in designing webpages would be an advantage

 

 

Job Specification

 

Responsibilities include the following:

 

Will report directly to the CEO

Answering of telephones and switchboard (not so busy)

Administrative duties as required

Personal Assistant to the CEO

Internal Sales (quotations and forecasts)

Training co-ordinator (the company offers training courses)
