Our business is expanding its service offerings and looking to attract a dynamic individual with extensive experience in Disability and Absenteeism Management.
Qualifications Required:
- National Diploma or Degree (NQF6) in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
Experience Required:
- 5 years experience in Absenteeism, Incapacity and Disability Management
- Insurance industry experience as a Disability Assessor
- Managing professional medical staff
Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of the relevant legislation governing Absenteeism, Incapacity and Disability Management in the workplace.

Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:
1) Assessing incapacity in terms of the Labour Relations Act
2) Assessing disability in terms of the relevant policy conditions
3) Analysing and reporting on Absenteeism trends and patterns
4) Assessing absenteeism and reporting on individual cases
5) Writing medical reports (in English)
6) Analysing and manipulating integrated databases for reporting
7) Advising clients on Absenteeism, Incapacity and Disability Management Policies for Companies
