Employee Relations Consultant (PDI)

Leading South African insurance institution, specializing primarily in personal and corporate business insurance. A company recognized as amarket leader in the credit life market.

Experience

The successful incumbent must be in possession of 2 – 3 years experience in the following spheres:

Conducting disciplinary processes and facilitation

Representation of the company at CCMA

Policy interpretations and contractual queries

Drafting of IR correspondence

Project Management and facilitation

Internal dispute and grievance handling and

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining company IR database

Qualifications:

Matric Essential

HR/IR Qualification

Skills required:

Report writing and record keeping

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Results oriented individual

Ability to interpret and evaluate trends and make recommendations

Maintenance and control of matters relating to occupational injuries and diseases

Attention to detail
