Responisble for toverseeing the overall financial activities of the group of companies to ensure profitabilitiy
The planning, directing and controlling the overall financial plans and policies and accounting practices
Responsible for building relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community
To be instrumental in driving forward the operational and profitable long term growth of the company
To ensure that corporate governance are practiced throughout the company
Overseeing and monitoring of financial statements and reports to the board and ensuring adherence to required standards
Responsible for the cash flow management of the company
Responsible to adhere to the business plan as well as delegation of authority as determined by the CEO from time to time
