· Minimum of a relevant diploma or Bachelors degree. · Extensive knowledge pertaining to all sub-disciplines of the Human Resources function, including Industrial Relations, labour legislation, training, performance management, recruitment ...
· Minimum of a relevant diploma or Bachelors degree. · Extensive knowledge pertaining to all sub-disciplines of the Human Resources function, including Industrial Relations, labour legislation, training, performance management, recruitment and payroll administration. · Five (5) years relevant generalist experience. · Two (2) years experience at a senior HR management level · Previous experience in an Unionized environment will be advantageous · Sound working knowledge of VIP or similar and any HR Management System · Knowledge of Open Office would be advantageous · Budget preparation and administrative control experience · Sound business understanding. · Strategic focus · Integrity · Adaptability · Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills · Facilitation/presentation skills · Innovative/creative (problem solving skills), conceptual and analytical skills · Knowledge of the BB-BEE Legislation
