Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting for one of its clients, Signode Packaging Systems Ltd, the leading worldwide manufacturer and distributor of protective packaging systems. Signode is looking for a mature individual to join their team as the Head of Sales and Marketing with an Engineering background. Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the following: • Enhancing customer and distributor engagement through on-going value addition programs and relationship management • Achieving sales and margin targets • Establishing new distribution channels • Long term growth in sales and margin (4 year Long Range Plan) • People Management including employee engagement, policies and procedures, training etc • Managing working capital (inventory, collections) The successful candidate should have the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering • Master of Business Administration (preferred) • 10 -12 years of successful sales experience of industrial products to manufacturing industries in East Africa • Experience in managing a sales team for at least 4 years • Experience in distributor Sales Management • Experience in marketing and promotion (preferred) • Experience delivering Strategic Customer Management (preferred) If you meet the above criteria, apply your CV to Dynamic People Consulting ## Type : Permanent ## Location : Kenya
