My client is a brand independent Managed Print Services (MPS) Company and work with some of the biggest accounts in South Africa. They have Company branches in the rest of Africa and they are expanding internationally as well.

They are seeking a vibrant, outgoing Inbound Call Centre Agent to join their fast growing team!

NB: FULLY BILINGUAL IN AFR & ENG!

Minimum requirements:

• NB: FULLY BILINGUAL IN AFR AND ENG!;
• National Senior Certificate;
• Very good communication skills and telephone manners;
• Must be able to work under very high pressure;
• Good administration skills;
• Computer literate;
• Pleasant attitude.

My client is seeking someone who is excellent on the phone and who can deal with clients in a very professional and patient manner.
The candidate will be responsible for taking a minimum of 150 - 200 orders per day (high pressure environment).
