The successful candidate will be employed in the Surface Engineering Department and must perform all welding requirements, oxy-acetylene cutting and welding and basic and own rigging.

The successful candidate will be employed in the Surface Engineering Department and must perform all welding requirements, oxy-acetylene cutting and welding and basic and own rigging. He/she will assist process personnel
with blockages and breakdowns and will be expected to perform maintenance/pre-use inspections of all equipment.

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 
• Boilermaker Trade Papers
• N3 Certificate
• Maintenance and repair experience of:
  * Conveyors
  * Pumps
  * Screens
  * Crushers
  * Vehicles
  * Support services such as sewerage works and water supply
• The ability to be on standby after hours
• A valid medical certificate.
