Top cooking school in the north of Johannesburg is seeking the expertise of a well rounded Pastry chef. The person must have excellent knowledge of Chocolate art and design.
Must be a qualified Chef
Must be able to assess and work with people (Grown ups)
Someone who can look at costs and write a manual etc.
Cost calculation for recipies and stock control
MUST have experience with Chocolate design and art work (Pasty/Baking)
