Right to Care Health Services is searching for a strong Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) Coordinator who understands the impact of a successful EWP within organisations.

Experience Required:
* 3 years' experience with setting up and providing Health and Wellness programmes

Qualifications Required:
* National Diploma or Degree related to Social Work/Psychotherapy/Occupational Health

Knowledge:
* Understanding related legislation on Health and Wellness at the workplace
* Methods and techniques in promoting personal health and wellness
* Available resources to enhance Health and Wellness Programmes
* Counselling methods, processes and procedures

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1) Providing telephonic counselling to clients
2) Providing face-to-face counselling to clients
3) Providing support to telephonic counsellors
4) Receiving calls that come through after-hours
5) Monitoring the call centre system in relation to EWP
6) Updating the client service offerings
7) Training counsellors and other treatment professionals on the call centre system operations 
8) Processing invoices of treatment professionals
9) Overseeing the EWP implementation in the call centre management system
10) Overseeing and implementing EWP events
11) Reporting on EWP statistics
12) Managing working relations with treatment professionals and other service providers
13) Monitoring and resolving all client complaints and concerns
14) Managing the performance of counsellors through setting Key Performance Areas
15) Processing invoices for treatment professionals
16) Assessing the call statistics that are routed to the ETP team
