Retail Leasing Consultant required for Blue Chip Property Company for the Pretoria region

To show potential tenants vacant retail space in assigned area

To deal with direct enquiries on vacant retail space

To deal with existing and prospective tenants on renewals and new lets

Processing letting deals and working with appropriate documentation to complete the lease process

Negotiating between tenants and landlords and ensuring that both their needs are met

Involved with the tenant spec process

Ensuring premises are fit for tenant occupation

Ability to negotiate deals

Keep abreast of retail trends

Build relationships with existing and new retailers

Assist with relevant aspects of budgeting process
