 Tasks & Responsibilities

• Attend to and log all telephonic queries on the helpdesk system.
• Attend to all email queries via the helpdesk system.
• Enforce bidorbuy rules, policies and terms of use insofar as client transactions and behaviour is concerned.
• Assist buyers and sellers with queries relating to transactions, ratings, payments, shipments and the like.
• General client relations and administrative tasks.
• 5 evenings from 6pm to 2am 

Requirements

• Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification in Customer service essential.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the internet industry (online retail, banking, gaming or e-commerce), not negotiable.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and work ethic.
• Helpful, willing and friendly attitude.
• A passion for customer service.
• A high level of written and spoken English
