Business Development

• Building business relationships with existing client base and sourcing new business within the existing business
• Growing the client base and seeking new opportunities for business development

Administration

• Managing all administration within the relevant departments

Reports

• Managing, compiling and tracking all client reports

Human Resources

• Managing disciplinary progression based on policy and procedures, absenteeism. Recruitment as and when required by client. Ensuring temps have an open door policy as to deal with work and personal issues which they might have.
