Our technology and services have been uniquely designed to target small to medium businesses, however all recruiters can equally enjoy considerable benefit from our online recruitment tools


Working closely with and reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and consulting with prospective Recruitment Agency clients while delivering demonstrations and presentations to key decision makers.  Although we receive a large volume of enquiries to keep you very busy, you may be expected at times to tele-market our services to our prospect list of clients. You will be measured on the number of consultation visits that you are able to successfully secure with clients as well as on meeting the pre-determined sales targets. The position therefore requires an individual who is able to conduct a thorough consultation with decision makers while demonstrating strength in closing deals.


The ideal candidate will be a mature and responsible individual who enjoys being out of the office and on the road meeting with clients. We are looking for a strong sales person with proven experience having consistently met targets. Skills Required:

• Previous experience working as a recruitment consultant is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge or experience selling recruitment services and/or online services will be an advantage.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience of which no less than 2 years were spent in a sales consultation role.

• Must be prepared to tele-market.

• As you will be required to travel daily (within the allocated region) you will need to have your own reliable transport.

• Must be strongly driven by sales targets with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• The ideal person will be highly professional (in conduct and dress code) as well as organized at all times.

• You should enjoy working as part of a team and be prepared to provide strategic input or extended assistance towards achieving the company's targets as well as your own.
