Jobs.co.za, South Africa's Online Job Portal has recently been re-launched and is growing rapidly. To commensurate with this growth we have a requirement for a target-driven, professional Job Advertising Telesales Consultant.

We are looking for strong telesales consultants who are passionate about sales and are successful in exceeding minimum quotas and targets. This role is not for entry/ junior telesales people. This is a role for a professional individual with strong business acumen and an unquestionably convincing telephone manner.

Your role will include achieving your minimum daily quota of telephonic sales calls to a pre-qualified list of target companies. You will be expected to hold a fast but successful conversation with key decision makers by immediately ‘getting to the point' and establishing a positive sales outcome, the purpose of which is to sell Online Job Advertising.

As an experienced ‘hunter' you should be successful in your abilities to reach and have a professional business discussion with key decision makers.  Other skills required in this role include:

• 3 Years prior experience in outbound (not inbound call center) telephonic sales.
• Excellent cold-calling abilities.
• Successful track record having met high volume quotas.
• Solid / loyal employment track record with prior employers.
• Efficient with reporting and data entry administrative requirements.
• Strong ability to communicate professionally with a strong, fluent and clear English telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure while consistently achieving set targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience having sold online products or services will be an advantage.  Online advertising (or specifically job advertising) experience even better.
