Our client currently has a position available at the Group's Head Office, for an IT Development Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the Call Centre Systems team in the Existing Product area.
The position
will give the successful candidate an opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled individuals in developing business solutions for the call centre. This position requires the establishment of good business relationships across teams (Business, Business Analyst and IT teams). In addition, this position requires an individual who has the capacity to build a highly efficient and motivated IT team through good leadership practices such as:

• 6+ years IT experience

• Microsoft.Net knowledge will be an advantage
• 5 years + experience in leading IT development environment
