Utilise your exceptional business development and commercial business acumen to grow the Managed Services business unit. Take ownership of approximately R14 million in revenue and design and implement strategies to grow and retain blue chip clients.

Their niche focus and broad experience across diverse industries gives them an incisive understanding of communication architectures, utilisation patterns and various performance areas that ultimately allow them to assist clients to better manage voice expenditure as well as various aspects related to planning and managing voice networks.
The proprietry voice management and billing platform, together with their advanced analytic applications provide the tools and platform necessary to immediately and substantially improve bottom-line voice expense performance.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and implement products and solutions to enhance the clients expectations
• Manage and build on existing contractual revenue within managed services, ensuring current agreements are being met.
• Develop new and innovative contractual revenue opportunities within new and existing clients.
• Manage and build a team of consultants to ensure that services are exceeding customer expectations
• Grow revenue and profitability
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies required:
• Previous or current business development experience ideally within a software technology company
• Experience within managed services would be highly advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• At least 5 years at a management level in a business development, client relationship role.
Key focus areas:
- Ensure effective retention of client base, multiple clients across multiple industries
- Design, implement and negotiate contracts and SLA\\\'s ensuring delivery of expectations of the client and profitability of the client contracts
- Through client engagement and retention focus, innovate new products and services to meet client demand
