Systems analyst supports back office reconciliations teams globally. Your role is 50% Technical i.e.basic script writing, production support and 50% Business/Data e.g.data interface mapping. Investigate, analyse and deliver solutions.

Overview of Centre of Excellent Division

Recons projects touches every area of the bank, very complex infrastructure. Each division has different system and they all needs to tie into the accurate global recons system they have implemented.

Requirements

• Development/programming experience
• Strong data integration and business intelligence exposure
• Strong data focus – a passion for data

Advantageous:

• Project Mgnt exposure – full SDLC– an advantage
• Working knowledge of reconciliations
• Exposure to a banking environment
• Solid data management and data integration exposure

• Exposure to working within the framework of accepted project management methodologies
• Proven ability to assist team with investigation, analysis, design and delivery of solutions
• Ability to ensure delivery across multiple projects simultaneously coupled with support in the production environment

Must be VERY technically strong, having knowledge of financial systems is a must, you must be passionate about data and be able to work in a VERY dynamic (but small) team. Team operates at a very high level in the Center of Excellence and the project is very visible to the every area of the bank.
