A well established Shoe Retailer is looking for an Experienced Afrikaans and English speaking Sales Supervisor with min 2 years Intensive Retail Experience (shoe retail advantageous), Matric and/or Sales/Retail Management certificate/diploma/degree, Valid Drivers License and Own Transport Compulsory. You must be able to Work Retail Hours. This is a position for an individual who is Ambitious, have a Strong Personality and Ability To Drive Turnover and Achieve Targets!

Daily duties will include:

Store management/Stock management/Staff management

Admin

Customer queries and complaints

Promotions

Merchandising

Motivate and achieve targets

Drive turnover

You will be reporting to the store manager

Min Qualifications/Requirements/Skills

Matric

Sales/Retail Management certificate/diploma/degree

Computer literate (MS Office packages and Internet)

Valid Drivers License and Own Transport Compulsory

Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write)

Min 2 Years Intensive Retail Experience

Ability To Drive Turnover and Achieve Targets

Above Average Selling skills
