A well known Mining and Engineering company is looking for dynamic, presentable, sales and customer relations orientated person.

Main Responsibilities:

Support all customers
Underground and site visits
Conduct regular audits on all equipment
Generate parts and service sales
Follow-up of audits and orders
Conduct operator and maintenance training as and when required
Troubleshooting and technical assistance
Service schedules for all vehicles in your area
Quotes to customers and follow up
Build strong relationships with customers
Expected to assist in other areas/devisions of the company when needed
Communications within different departments
Assist workshop with compiling of quotes for repair and rebuild work.

Main Duties will include Commissioning of Equipment and Communication.

Technical Background
Computer Literacy
Good Cutomer relations
Good telephone manner and skills
Good Product knowledge
Well developed Interpersonal skills
Selling skills
Must be able to work independantly without supervision
ETDP Qualifications preferential
Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code
Qualifications:  Grade 12 and a technical qualification (Trade Test)
