A leading international GRC(Governance, Enterprise wide risk management, and Compliance) software solutions company seeks a senior experienced Account Executive to grow and develop existing strategic accounts.
Purpose of role
The role of the Senior Account Executive is to strategically engage, grow and deliver the enterprise accounts assigned. Through exceptional strategic account management achieve growth and revenue across the clients products and solutions. A highly client facing position which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain new and existing relationships.
Key Functions
- Build and establish customer relationships to trusted advisor stage
- Develop and implement effective strategic sales and account planning per enterprise account and managed quarterly
- Ustilise CRM contact tools, activities and systems and expertise effectively
- Develop industry, product and expertise in GRC, through training, events and internal resources.
Experience
- Has experience with and knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Ability to strategically managed major accounts customers across multiple industries
- At least 3 years working with large enterprise wide accounts with a track record of delivery
- Experience selling software solutions that demonstrate value
- Selling solutions in a long sale cycle
- Ability to engage in consultative discussions with clients, establishing needs, opportunities and cross selling
Knowledge and Skills
The successful candidate should possess:
- A proven track record in features/benefit solutions selling
- Use of CRM sales tool to achieve account performance
- Degree - ideally at postgraduate level
- GRC
