Dealing with multiple telephonic queries from members, brokers and franchises.
Keeping clients up to date with their queries
Ensuring excellent quality servicee to all members
Completing administrative and repetitive tasks in keeping accurate, detailed stats of all queries/correspondense and reporting on it on a weekly basis
Routing all enquiries to correct departments



Matric(Grade 12) with Maths/Accounting
6months customer service experience
