Must have a minimum of 3 year insurance experience with certivication. Operational / Technical / Financial Results: •·   ensure that he/she has a full understanding of the entire process to be followed •·   Arrange the entire repair process with our service providers on behalf of the client •·   Diarise all action items and follow up dates to ensure accurate and timeous feedback to the client •·   Ensure all client complaints/compliments are captured and managed accordingly •·   Active participation in team by making suggestions and participating in team discussions •·   Build and maintain relationships with panelbeaters and suppliers, as well as interdepartmental relations •·   Effectively resolve repair-related complaints to the clients satisfaction •·   Ensure client satisfaction (and therefore client retention) by providing timeous information to clients   Education

• Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 4 with Mathematics

• 7 - 12 months administrative / customer-service work experience

•o    within automotive industry advantageous •o    previous experience interacting via telephone with clients essential

• Must have technical knowledge of panel beating and automotive industry terminology
• Knowledge of the AS400 systems and procedures, as well as understanding of client service principles
• Must be skilled in telephone etiquette and use, and have problem solving ability
