Reporting to the Communications Executive, the successful candidate will provide marketing and communications solutions through print and electronic media to promote, communicate and enhance Legal Aid SA’s brand and services.

Web Designer/Desktop Publisher/Production Administrator
Salary: R240 312.08 per annum (Level 10) (Ref. 2010/CS /COMMSO 3)

Reporting to the Communications Executive, the successful candidate will provide marketing and communications solutions through print and electronic media to promote, communicate and enhance Legal Aid SA’s brand and services.

Key outputs:

• Conceptualise, design and produce creative web and Intranet solutions according to organisational requirements and specifications
  
• Create and design print concepts, layout and production for internal newsletters, internal documents and organisational promotional materials
  
• Provide graphic design services, information and guidance to internal users on how to enhance the brand of Legal Aid SA
  
• Quality control the corporate brand regarding print and electronic design concepts proposed, submitted and processed.
  

Competencies (skills, knowledge and attributes) required:

• A recognised tertiary degree/diploma in Graphic Design
• 3 years’ experience in production/Internet/web design
  
• Experience at a magazine or ad/ marketing agency using InDesign (Photoshop an added advantage).
