Company based in Rivonia looking for a Insurance Scheme Administrator Exp in Insurance / Medical aid industry
Looking for someone with previous exp in Insurance scheme administration
Duties will include

Focus on, but not limited to, administration of Insurance Schemes within the company including: · Maintenance of membership data and insurance system · Reconciliation of membership data/Insurance System/Scheme membership · Policy administration - acceptance and fulfillment · Claim administration and liaison with both client and underwriter in expediting claim process · Reporting - portfolio performance reports maintained as current · Will be crossed trained as all aspects of the team\\\'s work is interrelated with both deadlines and or shared responsibilities · Although considerable training will be given it is expected that the incumbent comes with skills and ideas which may be applied to the position · Preparation of Scheme presentation material and presenting
REMUNERATION:
A cost to company of between R9000-R11000 applies dependent on experience
and skill levels;
JOB SPECIFICATION
Age: /- 26 yrs to 35 yrs (please let us know of people who qualify outside of the
age bracket)
Education: Tertiary education preferred; Insurance/FAIS qualifications preferred/willing
to obtain within a 1 year period (would discuss at
interview)
Computer/Other skills:
English & Afrikaans (verbal & written - good English writing skills a
must) Afrikaans verbal is preferred as a lot of the members are Afrikaans
speaking
Excel - C.V. to indicate level of competence - preferred advanced level
Word - C.V. to indicate level of competence Power Point - ability to present on the Scheme
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in the Insurance / Medical Aid
industry
Industry knowledge
3 Years
Senior Certificate - Grade 12 (NQF 4)
