Job Details

Require person with a minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment consulting. Cold calling and telesales experience is a must. Preferably an english-speaking person with the gift of the gab. Primary function will be sales and consulting.



Obtaining the names of potential companies using recruitment agencies through cold calling and telphone calls
Visiting and introducing our company to potential clients
Obtaining job specifications from clients
Advertising position on on-line system used by Captive Placements
Matching job specifications to CV\\\'s received from suitable candidates
Preparing candidate CV\\\'s in format to be submitted to client
Screening and interviewing candidates
Submitting appropriate candidates to clients
Arranging candidate interviews with clients
Debriefing and giving feedback to candidates after interviews
