Job Details
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on individual to assist at our Pretoria Branch.
Experience:
Experience as a Receptionist - essential
General Admin experience
Call centre experience is an advantage
Accurate data capturing, maintaining a filing system and faxing of documents to correct parties
Screening calls and enquiries
Stock taking - ordering stationary and office supplies
Skills and competencies:
Computer literate
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
Polite and professional
Proactive and able to multi-task
Additional requirements:
Must be able to attend to walk-in clients
Must be able to assist clients with queries
