Experience:

Matric

Customer Care / Call Centre experience is essential (min 6 months experience)

Must be able to type

Data capturing experience is essential

Skills and competencies: 

Computer literate (Excel and Word essential)

Good communication and people skills

Must speak English and Afrikaans fluently

Attention to detail

Financial acumen (advantage)
