You will report directly to the owner of a small well established distribution company in the tobacco industry, we focus on selling and distributing our suppliers products to the wholesale and retail environment. Based in Cape Town you will be a key asset in improving our impact and position in this critical region.

• You have strong communication skills and assertiveness, implementing company objectives fearlessly is a powerful asset, as you tackle wholesale and retail management at all levels.
• The superior organisational skills you utilise and your extensive knowledge of this environment will be a potent asset as you proficiently plan and actively seek out new business, thereby expanding our already extensive customer base.
• Your proven ability to operate independently, all the while being a close knit team operator is of great interest to us.
• Being a family man, your honesty and integrity are of unparalleled importance to you and our company.
• Your commercial diploma or degree has assisted you with your exceptional administrative track record and is of utmost value as you effectively manage our high value/high volume inventory.
• While you invite extensive background checks, your considerable list of contactable references will stand you in good stead, .

Because of your emotional IQ, you will energetically work a short term probation contract. We want you to succeed, so during probation we provide a basic salary, car allowance, travel allowance and cell allowance. We will give you a basic on the job introduction to our operation while providing extensive administration and in trade support. Company rules & regulations will apply. Ask for them. Read them, understand them.

Should you be successful after this probationary period, we will ensure you are offered the option of a permanent contract. In addition to the normal benefits as discribed, an attractive commission structure will be activated. Thereafter your superior attitude will determine your income. Medical aid benefits will apply after a further 3 months.
