Private Property is looking for Independent Contractors across South Africa.

What services are on offer?

As SA’s busiest property website, Private Property provides a platform for property listings with a high quality of information to be advertised, and where the hundreds of thousands of monthly unique browsers can fi nd, look at and make a shortlist of property to consider buying. Key to the quality of the listings is the Virtual Tour, as it provides a potential buyer with excellent information about the property. In order for these property listings to be uploaded onto the website, we require listing contractors to go to the property for sale and take a full description of the property, photos, a Virtual Tour and possibly also a Flip video.

What is a Virtual Tour?

A VT is created by taking photo’s with a high quality fi sh-eye lens on a tripod at various angles that are then stitched together to create a virtual “tour” of the property by our specialists in Centurion.

What is a Flip?

A Flip is a video recording device with builtin software to enable the user to edit and put together a video that can be uploaded directly to the internet from your computer.

What do you need to become a Contractor with Private Property?

You’ll also need to attend and pass the Private Property training course, offered over a period of 5 days, which will incur an upfront cost of R5000. A return flight and accommodation will be provided, if required. You will also need:

* Car
* Cell phone
* Laptop computer
* Internet Access
* Approved camera, lens and tripod

Remuneration Model

Contractors will be remunerated per completed property listing, at a rate of R250 per listing. Contractors who achieve 10 or more listings in a month, and who drive a car branded with Private Property signage, will receive an additional R2000 fee.

* 9 Listings per month x R250 Gross R 2,250
* 18 Listings per month x R250 Gross R 4,500
* 18 Listings per month x R250 WITH branded car @ R2000 Gross R 6,500
* 40 Listings per month x R250 Gross R 10,000 40 Listings per month x R250 WITH branded car @ R2000 Gross R 12,000
* 100 listings a month are sustainable as you develop the area around you...

Contractors who achieve a consistent level of 50 listings and more per month are required to drive a branded vehicle. (Approved vehicle list available - essentially a late model white hatchback with colour coded bumpers)
