Leading company in financial services is seeking the expertise of a qualified Chartered Accountant who has exposure to Commercial Property Finance Credit.

Leading company in financial services is seeking the expertise of a qualified Chartered Accountant who has exposure to Commercial Property Finance Credit.

Role specific outputs will include:

-Assessing credit applications as part of Credit Panel;

-Assessing cash flows and property risk and

-Conducting client visits if deemed necessary

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant [SA]

Experience:

3-5 years commercial property finance credit experience is an absolute necessity.

Skills Required:

-Assertive self starter with very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

-Ability to work systematically, accurately and prioritise work on a daily basis

-Ability to meet deadlines.

-Must have good working relationships
