Well known FMCG company is looking for a dynamic person with experience within the FMCG industry.

-Matric
-HR Tertiary Qualification
-Minimum of two years experience as a HR generalist The person would be required to action the following duties amongst others:

-Recruitment and Selection
-IR Consultant
-Administration in terms of benefits, engagements and termination packs
-Weekly reporting on Vacancies and IR
-Monthly reporting on EE, Labour Turnover, IR, Leave Management, promotions
-Book employees on Training and ensure employees attend the training
-Advise line managers on IODs and funeral claims
-Assist HR Manager with ad hoc reports and functions
-Monthly presentations on HR related issues to Regional Managers
-Implement Group HR initiatives
