We require a very responsible, honest and reliable person with experience in warehousing and stock control to supervise the entire warehousing and stock control function.

The company is an importer and distributor of high quality sweets and chocolates situated in Ferndale, Johannesburg. We have several customers which range from Supermarkets, Independent Sweet Shops, Hotels, Delis, Garage Stores and others. On a daily basis we pick and dispatch around 30 - 40 orders. This is a small company with around 12 employees.

You will supervise a warehouse staff of 8 people.

You will be responsible for the stock in the warehouse and your tasks will include:-
Supervising the picking and checking of stock for orders.
Writing out daily trip sheets for the drivers deliveries.
Supervising month end stock takes.
Keeping control of any returns from customers.
Receiving and checking goods delivered from suppliers.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and picking area.
Liaise with the Admin staff and Sales Reps.
You will supervise a warehouse staff of 8 people.



You will report to the Owner of the company.
