Guest Relations Officer – Stunning 5* Hotel, Cape Town This is an incredible opportunity to join one of Cape Town’s most highly thought of hotels. We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join the team. You will take on all the normal front office duties and be able to assist guests with enquiries. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years supervisory / management experience in Front Office in a 5* property and must be fully computer literate on the MS Office Suite; Opera and Micros. For this role, you will require excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills and be able to ensure that 5* service is provided at all times. Anticipating guest’s needs and going the extra mile is what it is all about. You will also be striving to ensure the continual improvement of the Guest Experience and to ensure effective liaison between Front Office staff and other departments. The successful candidate will be forward thinking and must be able to work on own initiative! You must be able to think on your feet at all times and be a real ambassador for this 5* hotel. If you are able to speak French, German or another language...even better! Salary Offered: R8,000 per month plus pension, medical aid, etc Only candidates with relevant experience required will be contacted for this role.
