This is a very high volume restaurant operation offering delicious, freshly produced food and requires an experienced Assistant Manager who is capable of working closely with the GM and owners. The ideal candidate must have strong FOH and BOH experience in a similar style establishment. Strong communication, organizational and management skills are needed and you must be able to lead, train and motivate a team of permanent and casual staff members.
