The objective of the Account Executive is to ensure the financial success of our client within a specific client. The Account Executive has responsibility for Client satisfaction and is accountable for all of our client\'s interactions or engagements with this Client
Purpose of Role
To grow and sustain revenue and profits in line with agreed objectives
To sustain and build the client relationship on a long-term basis
To manage client risks (delivery management, cost management and solutions management)
This role will typically interact with the following parties:
Practice head
Business unit heads
Market value proposition owners
Delivery management
Project management office
Other practice executives
Human capital management
Marketing
The CEO
Consultants
What will you be responsible for
Account activity needs to be planned and managed
Client satisfaction needs to be measured
The competitors\' threat needs to be assessed and monitored
Account status needs to be reported
Account revenue needs to be managed
Delivery team must be motivated and managed to ensure account revenue targets are met
Job Requirements
Business related degree
At least 10 years experience in consulting or extensive industry experience combined with solid consulting knowledge
Strong sales management experience
In-depth understanding of:
Customer relationship management
Negotiating and sales methodologies
Business presentation
Strategic leadership
Sales management
Industry knowledge and client knowledge
