Job Details
Responsible for the execution of the sales teams plans in the trade and ensuring the achievement of the teams key performance measures.
KEY OUTPUTS
- Manage the in trade activities required for the achievement of sales volume and market share targets.
- Implement national/regional promotions according the regional marketing plan
- Achieve the retail pricing targets per the segment recommended price points.
- Develop sound business and customer relationships.
- Manage the rep call rate.
- Handle Customer and Consumer complaints and queries.
- Manage product quality.
- Manage sales administration and reports as required.
- Manage all pre-call planning activities as required by the sales reps.
- Mentoring and coaching the sales representatives in the sales team.
- Lead a team of Account Managers/Field Reps.

- Potential to develop into Sales Manager in the future.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum relevant 3 year tertiary qualification.
- At least 2 yrs experience in Sales/Marketing in a FMCG environment, with at least one year experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid Code EB driver's licence - unendorsed.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
