To effectively lead the call centre team and team leaders and provide support to staff and customers
- Management of Call Centre Staff
- Maintain Internal and external Customer Service levels
- Prepare and complete reports
- Responsible for Call Centre targets
- Minimum experience of 2 years experience in Windows driven Service Call Centre environment in a supervisory capacity
- Windows proficient and have active and recent experience in a computer based call centre environment operating off a windows platform
- English communication is essential with at least one other language being Afrikaans, Zulu or Sotho
