Job Details

To effectively lead the call centre team and team leaders and provide support to staff and customers



  • Management of Call Centre Staff
  • Maintain Internal and external Customer Service levels
  • Prepare and complete reports
  • Responsible for Call Centre targets
  • Minimum experience of 2 years experience in Windows driven Service Call Centre environment in a supervisory capacity
  • Windows proficient and have active and recent experience in a computer based call centre environment operating off a windows platform
  • English communication is essential with at least one other language being Afrikaans, Zulu or Sotho
