Assist with stock capturing and packing.

Communicate with clients on delivery times and dispatch numbers
Document Control: (ISO)
Processing of Back orders
Branch & Distributor Transfers
Stock Checks
Courier Liaison
Reasonable Computer Literacy
Packaging Requirements
Communication Skills
Security Conscience
Receiving:
- Receiving of stock
- Customer returns/warranty procedures
- Return to supplier procedures
- Network distribution (Inter branch transfers)
- Computer literate
- Time management
- Parts identification
- Accuracy
- Be able to work in periods of intensive pressure
- Supervision of departmental staff
Despatch:
- Delivery route planning and admin thereof
- Control of trip sheets
- Courier knowledge
- Customer care/liaison
- Supervision of departmental staff
- Network distribution (Inter branch transfers)
- Invoicing
- Parts identification


Inherent Requirements:
Previous Full function stores experience
Computer literate
Good time management
Supervisory experience
Be able to work in periods of intensive pressure
