The successful candidate will be responsible for the interaction between the client, consultant and contractors on a petrochemical / pipeline project. He / she will ensure designs are implemented according to standards.

Job Title: Resident Engineer – Multidiscipline

Area: Secunda and Sasolburg

Salary: R50 000 – R40 000 per month (contract basis)

Education:

A Mechanical / Civil qualification at a South African University

Construction / project management courses would be an advantage

Skills required:

Minimum of 10 years working experience in the petrochemical industry as a site engineering / resident engineer

Should have at least 5 years multidiscipline management experience on site

Should have the ability to manage contractors and suppliers as well as converse with clients on project feedback
