1Management of all Debt Recovery functions and Relevant Sections 1. Manage and oversee all debt Recovery functions including, Tracing, Priority Violation Accounts and Civil debt court actions such as the preparation, court representation and court results management and the implementation of civil debt reclamation process through the courts. 2. Liaison with appointed sheriffs of the court. 3. Debt Analysis and Monitoring. 4. Monitoring debt collection response cycles and contacts as well as credit control performance 5. Manage resource scheduling and the determination of priority work and procedures to maximise production output and success levels. 6. Monitor and record activity levels, success rates, determine optimum threshold rates and levels, match resources, deal with peaks and valleys for cost efficienciesAdvanced tracing of previously untraceable debtors Debtors traced data matching, data interrogation, third party services and physical field traces. Management of high interest violation accounts as defined by value thresholds. Implementation of civil debt reclamation process through the courts, aimed at priority Violation Accounts and others as per operational thresholds. Intelligence provided to manage the throughput in production. -
