A leading global consultancy that provides practical business solutions for various clients is seeking to employ a PMO Administrator.



What does the role entail

The PMO Administrator is an individual who is responsible for the administration of the PMO at an operational level. They will provide support to the Manager in daily operations, initiatives and internal projects. They provide an operational link between the businesses and the Shared Services of the organisation.

The PMO Administrator will interact with the following parties during typical operations:
•Project Administrators from Client Accounts to assist with the co-ordination of the project documentation..
•PMO Manager to understand the operations of the function, for support in implementing initiatives and as a point of escalation

What will you be responsible for

The PMO obtains demand and provides visibility of supply of resources and makes certain that all processes and procedures are adhered to regarding:

•The registration of projects and allocation of individuals
•Storage/ Filing of the project files and supporting documents, i.e. Engagement agreements
•The scheduling system and change requests to resources on projects
•The PMO Super Portal site
•Reporting, of the PMO functions and project activity for Management
In addition the PMO Administrator provides support to the Human Capital Team as and when required.
•Participation in current initiatives and internal PMO projects.
•Facilitating the PMO processes between Shared Services and Business.
•Assisting with the daily/weekly and monthly reporting of the resource supply and capacity management
•Support and control project initiation, project execution and project closure by checking the adherence to standards for initiating and closing projects
•Define the mandatory project requirements and negotiation for resources which is comprised of contracts, client briefings, status reports and closure documentation
•Filing and maintenance of engagement letters

Flexible and resilient (able to handle lots of pressure, high expectations and complex client environments)
