The Risk and Accounting Services (RAS) which is a specialist division within a leading global consultancy is seeking an Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Consultant.

What does the role entail

The Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Consultant will be required to assist clients, in various industries, with advisory and implementation projects for Enterprise Risk Management as well as Operational Risk Management.
The consultant will be required to develop new frameworks and solutions, facilitate risk management activities, manage client relationships and be able to identify new business opportunities.

What do you need

•Business or risk management related degree.
•At least 3-5 years ERM or ORM experience either in consulting, or in house implementation.

What will you be responsible for

•Delivery of ERM and ORM projects
•Identification of new opportunities
•Development of innovative service offerings.

Who should apply

This role should be performed by a person with an
in-depth understanding of:

•King III, ISO 31000 and other guidelines, with the ability to apply to organizations.
•Development of ERM frameworks and tools
•Facilitation of risk assessments, control self assessments and training.
•Ability to interpret organization information into risk information
•Application of ERM to many different industries
•Software data management
•Understanding of Corporate Governance requirements
•Understanding of Operational Risk Management in terms of Basel II, Key Risk Indicators, Loss events, capital modeling etc.
•Understanding of other risk disciplines
•Understanding of Business Continuity Management, Sustainability Risk Management, Project Risk Management
