Microsoft technologies
Relevant degree or diploma

3 yrs IT/dev experience
Development experience
Good knowledge of networking concepts i.e. protocols (TCP/IP)
Good understanding of server hardware and configuration.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of supported systems and products
In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies
Maintains up-to-date required Microsoft qualification
Solid IT knowledge
SQL servicer (database design and development)
Troubleshooting/problem solving experience and skills.
