• Responsible for the overall coordination of the Organisational Effectiveness function



 

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Overall coordination of OE/OD interventions and the tracking thereof
  • General OE administrative assistance
  • Administration of Perception Survey
  • OE project coordination
  • Drive culture interventions
  • 360° performance management system administration.

Relevant Experience/ Education

  • Computer Literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to follow through on tasks
  • Familiar with Organisational Design and Development administration (especially Surveys, Assessments, talent pipeline etc)
  • Organisational skills
  • Matriculant
  • HR/OD Related tertiary qualification or experience (an advantage)
  • Fully proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with MS Projects (an advantage)
