• Responsible for the overall coordination of the Learning and Development function. • To actively drive skills development.



 

 Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Overall coordination of learning interventions and learning materials and the tracking thereof.
  • Statutory reporting - WSP, ATR, EE, BBBEE (training component).
  • Full responsibility for the immersion process.
  • Accreditation of internal training material.
  • Training budget forecasts - monthly and per financial year.
  • Training/skills development project management.
  • Negotiate training rates.
  • 360° performance management system administration.

Relevant Experience/ Education

  • Learning experience - WSP/ATR/SETA experience.
  • Accreditation and development of training material experience.
  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills.
  • Service delivery oriented.
  • Analytical and able to problem solve
  • Facilitation experience an advantage.

 

  • Matriculant
  • HR Related tertiary qualification
  • Skills Development Facilitator qualification an advantage.
  • 2 years working Learning and Development experience.
  • Fully proficient in MS Word and Excel.
