Job Details

The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate all technical training on the Project and to facilitate some interventions



Responsibilities

 

  • Co-ordinationof all technical training & related matters MRP.
  • Compilation& co-ordination of the Training Plans and monitoring of progress.
  • Co-ordinationof on-the-job assessments and training.
  • Maintaintraining records, matrices and progress reports.
  • Presentand arrange training as well as employee and visitor induction.
  • Prepareand submit training reports.
  • Act asinterface with Training Manager.
  • Co-ordinateand compile material for HRD meetings.
  • Review assessment documentation and ensure that it complies with rulesand regulations.

  • NationalDiploma in OD ETDP with Assessor
  • Grade 12 orequivalent
  • Certificatein Occupational Directed Education, Training and Development Practice
  • ValidMechanical Trade Test
