Various positions exist within the company for Enterprise BPM and Integration Skills.
Do you have skills, with at least 3 to 5 years experience in any of the following?
webMethods (wM) or other Software AG Integration & BPM Products, Oracle BEA Integration, Oracle BPM, BEA Aqua Logic, BEA Web Logic, SAP PI, SAP XI, Tibco BPM Integration, Microsoft K2 or Biztalk Integration & Workflow, IBM\'s Filenet (BPM) or Websphere (Integration), Cordis Integration, EAI, Middleware or other integration experience is required.
If you have answered yes to any of the above skills then we would like to receive your application.
Here are some of the other skills and education that we are looking for:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science or a related field (however not essential)
Experience with 3 or more of the following areas:
- Java/C /object oriented programming
- XML exposure
- RDBMS (any Oracle, Informix, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase)
- Unix or NT
- E-commerce, web servers (Netscape, Microsoft) or web application servers
- CRM (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive...)
- ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Baan, Oracle Applications, JDE)
- E-Commerce (Broadvision, ATG, B2B or other)
- RosettaNet
- MRO Procurement
- Supply Chain or logistics business process reengineering/strategy
- Tibco, SeeBeyond,Vitria a plus.
In addition to the above techincal competencies, we need you to have the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with immediate client, supervisor and peers, as well as, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
- Capable of acting as a team lead on certain projects and supervising multiple programmers assisting them with the programming and analysis functions. Develop work plans for individual tasks; work with minimal direction.
- Should have experience working with an application development life-cycle methodology as well as participating in JAD sessions and performing user requirements definitions.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to gain clients confidence and maintain a professional relationship with clients, peers and management.
- Work with minimal supervision as a team lead and be part of a team
- Potentially manage matrix team(s) of consultants toward successful project completion.
This is what the role entails:-
Position Summary:
Delivers consulting project activities, ranging from client identification through final invoicing through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Viewed by customers as a consultant and is typically measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide the application of technical/functional skills to assist our customers and partners to create and implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies.
- Provide direction for application development exercises of average complexity and team lead to other consultants at client site.
- Assist and prepare client proposals; participate in RFP process; and participate in the identification and development of sales opportunities.
- Gain working knowledge of SAG/WebMethods tools and techniques. Able to train, coach, mentor, and assist others in a team effort.
- Project management activities may include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.
- Financial responsibilities may include project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
- Identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.
