Accountabilities:

• 20 % - People management and Leadership
• 30% - Financial and volume targets
• 20% - Customer Satisfaction
• 20% - Operations, Risk and Business Management
• 10% - Credit

Qualifications:

 NQF 5 - 3 Year National Diploma

Qualifications Preferred:

• B Degree in Marketing, Credit, Business Management
• MBA
• CAIB
• Management Development Programme
• FAIScredit required: NQF 5 (120 credits)

Experience required:

• 5 years people management or business management experience within a retail sales or banking environment
